Become a partner of Heiler Software
For many years, Heiler Software has relied on established and qualified partners to help implement projects with our standard software. In this way, we can ensure that our customer projects are implemented and supported on-site in the best way possible by qualified experts. We are continually expanding our network for two reasons: Firstly, to strengthen our international presence. And, secondly, to add specialist expertise and knowledge of the market to our existing community.
We distinguish between various categories of partners, which are described in detail below. Each of these categories involves specific training and certification requirements, which we would be happy to discuss further with you:

Integration Partner
Becoming an integration partner means that you will act as an official branch office for Heiler Software AG. As a prerequisite, you must nominate at least one sales employee dedicated exclusively to our products, who must complete a two-day product training course in-house at Heiler Software to obtain certification. In addition, you must nominate one of your employees who possesses the relevant technical qualifications to attend a two-day support training course (product, installation, customizing, etc.) and an API training course in-house at Heiler Software.Business-Level-Partner
Becoming a business-level partner means that you will act as an official representative for our products. The prerequisite is that you must nominate sales employees for our products, who are required to achieve certification. These employees must complete a two-day product training course in-house at Heiler Software, after which they will be required to demonstrate the knowledge they have acquired (test includes a presentation). Your company will then be awarded a certificate authorizing you to sell products on behalf of Heiler Software AG and granting you exclusivity to your prospective customers. Business-level partners are provided with commercial and technical support by an integration partner or by Heiler Software directly.
Sales-Partner
Becoming a sales partner means that you will work with Heiler Software on a commission basis. Certification is not required. You simply provide us with the details of prospective customers and we help you generate orders. You will be entitled to attend a one-day basic product training course (orientation) for sales partners free of charge in-house at Heiler Software. We will handle the ordering and billing processes and act as the direct point of contact for customers.
