Vision and strategy

In conjunction with our customers, we develop, formulate and detail a forward-looking business and solution strategy.

Architecture

This is the only basis for developing a concrete solution architecture, which we design in workshops and summarize in specifications. Based on these, detailed designs for the hardware and software solutions and for changed or new business processes can be set out. It may also be necessary to produce prototypes in this phase to obtain a more realistic view of the suitability of the solution. We help our customers to select software and hardware and any additional system partners they may need.

Development

In the development phase, we are responsible for implementing software and customizing SAP standard software. We support our customers in release changes and create individual adaptations and supplementary modules for them - our motto is always "Nothing is impossible!"

Implementation

We believe that the implementation of software is an important phase in its own right. It is not just about installing a piece of software and rolling it out, it involves preparing the people and processes involved for a new and unusual situation and supporting them in the early stages.

Operation

Operation is either managed by our customers themselves or transferred to us as part of an outsourcing strategy. The Heiler Consulting Group can find the optimum partner for its customers and Heiler Software AG itself also has the capacity to offer certain services.

Maintenance & Support

Smooth operation includes maintenance of the solution and support services. The Heiler Consulting Group designs and provides these services for its customers.
